Biography

Michelle N. Carter is a life-long resident of Vero Beach. Prior to law school, Michelle worked as a charge nurse and nursing supervisor at Indian River Medical Center. Michelle’s knowledge of healthcare is a tremendous asset to our personal injury clients. She has been an attorney with Douglas W. Tuttle, P.A. since 2006.

Michelle is extremely involved in community service. She currently serves as Chairperson of the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of the Beaches. Michelle is also Co-Chair of the Indian River County Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division and is involved in the Treasure Coast Rotary Club and the Junior League of Indian River.
